Local storage this website uses
The website stores one item in the local storage of your browser: EXPIRABLE_STORAGE_im_livechat_history. The livechat module uses that item to keep the history of an open chat window. It is not a cookie, and it stays in your browser until you clear it.
The website shows a livechat button on some pages. If you start a conversation, the conversation is stored on our systems. The privacy policy describes that processing.
Scripts the website loads
The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person rather than a bot. The website also loads the Odoo livechat button. Both scripts support a function that you ask for.
The website loads no analytics script. It loads no advertising script and no marketing pixel.
Records held on our systems
The website records visits on our server. The record holds the IP address, the browser user agent and the pages viewed. Contact form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system. The privacy policy describes both.
Consent and cookies
Every cookie this website sets today is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, or it stores a preference you chose. The ePrivacy Regulations, S.I. 336/2011, exempt a strictly necessary cookie from the consent requirement. The website therefore shows a cookie notice and no consent banner.
